FINDINGS:
-Revealed:
• Peri ventricular white matter; centrum semi ovale and corona radiata altered signal bilaterally.
• Thin corpus callosum (small; hypoplastic and atrophied).
• Abnormal hyper intense signal in posterior limb of internal capsule.
• Brain atrophy with dilated cortical sulci and ventricular system.
• Atrophied brain stem and cerebellum.
• Atrophied cervical cord with vague posterior cord hyper intensities.
• Abnormal intensity foci in the brain stem.
OPINION:
- Picture is suggestive of hereditary spastic paraplegia for clinical correlation.
