Sinusitis (CT).





Sinuses: 

  • Moderate mucosal thickening is seen outlining both maxillary wall antra and to lesser degree in ethmoidal air cells
  • Hypoplastic frontal and sphenoidal sinuses
  • Their bony walls are intact.


Osteo Meatal Units:

  • These are clear on both sides and appear normal in morphology.
  • Nasal Cavities:
  • Relatively hypertrophied right inferior nasal turbinates



Nasal Septum:

  • It is in midline and shows no evidence of deviation.
  • No evidence of septal spur is seen.


Cribriform Plate and Laminae Papyraceae:

  • These are intact.


Hard Palate:

  • It is horizontal and symmetrical.


NB :bilateral otomastoiditis ,more on the right side is seen  

IMPRESSION:
 

  • Maxillary and ethmoidal sinusitis
