Plain MDCT was performed for the orbits.
Multiplanar reconstructions were obtained.
- The optic globes, ocular muscles and optic nerves are normal.
- No evidence of any intra orbital mass lesion is observed.
- Retrobulbar fat is normal.
- No evidence of exophthalmos is seen.
- Optic foramina and orbital fissures are normal.
- Bony margins of orbits show no obvious abnormality.
- No evidence of any fractures is seen in the bony orbital walls.
- Fracture nasal bone.
IMPRESSION:
- Fracture nasal bone.
