Bankart's Lesion (CT).

- Intraarticular loose bony fragment.
- Another small bone density lesion seen at lateral aspect of humeral head (probably calcified rotator cuff tendon).
- No bony lesions noted.
- Maintained articulating bony structures.

IMPRESSION: 

- Intraarticular loose bony fragment likely posterior Bankart Vs. old trauma.
- Small bone density lesion seen at lateral aspect of humeral head likely calcified tendinosis.
