Colo-Enteric Fistula (MR).

PROTOCOL:  
Axial and Coronal T1W and T2W scans.
Axial T1W fat suppressed scans.

FINDINGS :-

-Revealed:
• Thickened wall of the rectum; sigmoid colon and small bowel loops in the right iliac fossa.
• Colo-enteric fistula between sigmoid colon and small bowel loop in the middle of the pelvic cavity.
• Direct contact between the dome of the urinary bladder and small bowel with no definite air in the lumen of the urinary bladder.

IMPRESSION :-
• Thickened wall of rectum; sigmoid colon and small bowel loops.
• Colo-enteric fistula between sigmoid colon and small bowel loops.
• Absence of air inside the urinary bladder could suggests no vesico-colonic fistula for clinical correlation.
