Intra muscular lipoma (MR).

PROTOCOL:   T1W & T2W - Sagittal & Axial scans

FINDINGS:

• At least two well defined soft tissue lesions are noted in the medial side of the back of the leg probably in the medial head of gastrocnemius with hyper intense signal on T1 and shows signal loss after fat suppression suggesting its fatty nature.
• The first one measure about 50 x 20 mm whiles the other one about 36 x 18 mm in diameters.
• The first one is located just posterior to the knee joint while the other one is below it.


IMPRESSION

• Picture is suggestive of intra muscular lipoma for clinical correlation..
