FINDINGS& IMPRESSION:

-Revealed:
• Bucket handle tear of the medial meniscus with evident double posterior cruciate ligament sign.
• Torn anterior cruciate ligament.
• Torn medial collateral ligament.
• Bone marrow contusion upper tibia.
• Moderate amount of joint effusion.

-Lateral meniscus shows normal hypointense signal.
-Posterior cruciate ligament is normal in course, bulk and signal intensity.
              - Lateral collateral ligament is well visualized and show normal signal intensity.
-Patellar and Quadriceps tendons are normal in appearance and signal intensities.
