       T2FFE & PDW – Sagittal Scans
       STIR – Coronal Scans

FINDINGS:

Revealed:
An osteolytic lesion is seen in the upper medial border of the left tibia with about 62 x 25 mm diameters. Eccentric with lobulated margins.
Its long axis parallel to long axis of the bones.
Geographic bone destruction with well defined margin.
Multiple septation.
No periosteal reaction.
No complicated fracture.

OPINION:

In light of the above mentioned MR details and after reviewing the x-ray done for the lesion in 19/03/2015; picture is suggestive of benign bone lesion such as chondromyxoid fibroma.
