Sub Serosal Fibroid (MR).

PROTOCOL:  

Axial and Coronal T1W and T2W scans.
Axial T1W fat suppressed scans.
Pre & post contrast T1W FS scans

FINDINGS :-

-Evidence of a big uterine mass is observed measuring about 145 mm in height; 98 mm in AP and 144 mm in transverse diameter.
-this mass is seems to be originated from the fundus of the uterus (sub serosal) with well defined edges and no signs of invasion of surrounding tissues.
-Normal morphology of both ovaries.
-No pelvic fluid collection.
-Normal morphology of the urinary bladder with wall nodules or intra cavitary calculi.


IMPRESSION :-

• Picture is suggestive of a big sub serosal fibroid lesion for clinical correlation.
