Rupture Bladder (Cystourethrogram)

 CYSTOURETHROGRAPHY 

• The bladder was filled with diluted iodinated contrast medium under aseptic conditions through the suprapubic catheter.
• The bladder base appeared to be ruptured with leakage of contrast  through the bladder base.
• There was no vesico-ureteric reflux during the filling phase. 
• The urethra is not visualized.

IMPRESSION: 

• Findings are impressive of rupture bladder with contrast leakage as described above.
