TMJ Dysfunction (MR).

Clinical Indication: Right TMG dysfunction.

PROTOCOL:   

T1W & PDW fat sat. Sagittal oblique scans in closed and open mouth positions.
T1W coronal scans in closed mouth positions.

FINDINGS:

-Revealed:
• Anterior dislocation of the disc in the open view with no recapture in the closed film.
• Normal morphology of the left TMJ.

IMPRESSION:  

• Right anterior disc dislocation with no recapture in the closed mouth images for clinical correlation.
