Interstitial Lung Disease (CT).





Pre and post contrast MDCT scans were obtained for the chest.


  • Bilateral lung zones of ground glassing , interlobular septal thickening and bronchiectatic changes mainly involving the right upper and lower lobes .
  • Increase cardiothoracic ratio
  • Multiple mediastinal enlarged lymph nodes.

  • Otherwise the lungs are clear.
  • No evidence of any focal or diffuse emphysema is noted.
  • The mediastinal vasculature is normal.
  • The pleural spaces are clear.


IMPRESSION:

Bilateral lung zones of ground glassing , interlobular septal thickening and bronchiectatic changes mainly involving the right upper and lower lobes .
Cardiomegaly.
