Rectal Diverticulosis& Sacroilitis (CT).

Serial non contrast MDCT sections were obtained for the pelvis.

• The sacrum is normal. No evidence of fracture is seen.
• Bilateral sacroilitis.
• The proximal femoral shafts & both femoral captis are normal. No evidence of fracture is seen.
• The hip joints are normal. Articular surfaces are intact.
• No evidence of fracture or dislocation.
• Muscles of the pelvis are normal.
• The visualised extent of the pelvic organs are unremarkable.
• No free fluid.

IMPRESSION: 

• Bilateral sacroilitis.
• Rectal diverticulosis.
