          T2W 3D Axial scans

FINDINGS:

-Evidence of internal fixation of D3& D4 and D5.
-Loss of continuity of the dorsal spinal cord is noted posterior to the level of D2 and D3 vertebral bodies. The distance of discontinuity is measuring about 25 mm in length.
-No evidence of bony retropulsion is noted.

-The cervical spine shows normal curvature.
-Vertebrae show normal height, alignment and marrow signal intensities.
-The intervertebral discs show normal MR morphology and signal intensities.  No significant diffuse disc bulge / focal disc protrusion is visualized in this study.
-Spinal cord is normal in bulk and signal intensity.
-Paravertebral muscles show normal MR morphology and signal intensity.

OPINION:

·        Injured dorsal spinal cord as the level mentioned above.
