Osteochondroma (MR).

PROTOCOL:  T2W – Sagittal & Coronal Scans
       T2FFE & PDW – Sagittal Scans
       STIR – Coronal Scans
    
FINDINGS:

-Evidence of an osteochondroma is noted projecting from the medial side of the lower left femur measuring about 31.4 mm in diameter with intact cartilaginous cap. 
-The rest of the left thigh shows normal bone and soft tissue.

OPINION:

• Left osteochondroma with intact cartilaginous cap.
