Bucket Handle Tear Lateral Meniscus (MR).






PROTOCOL:  T2W – Sagittal & Coronal Scans
       T2FFE & PDW – Sagittal Scans
       STIR – Coronal Scans
    
FINDINGS:

-Bucket handle tear of the lateral meniscus giving double delta sign.
-Grade II degeneration posterior horn medial meniscus.
-Mild to moderate joint effusion.

-Bones of the knee joint show normal alignment, outlines and marrow signal intensities
-Anterior and posterior cruciate ligaments are normal in course, bulk and signal intensity.
-Medial and lateral collateral ligaments are well visualized and show normal signal intensity.
-Patellar and Quadriceps tendons are normal in appearance and signal intensities.

OPINION:

Bucket handle tear lateral meniscus.
Grade II degeneration medial meniscus.
Mild to moderate joint effusion.
